2010 RATE SCHEDULE
Eight Week Camp Season - Monday through Friday
June 28th - August 20th

Located in the town of Newburgh

DAY CAMP RATES include supervision, professional instruction in all activities and a beverage at lunch. Hours are 9am-4pm Monday - Friday. July 4 is a regular camp day (if Monday - Friday). Each child brings a bag lunch.

Optional Saturday Trip when available - (Cost contingent upon BUS and Entrance Fees, Spending $ Money extra)

1. DAY CAMP STARTS Monday, June 28, 2010. DAY CAMP HOURS are from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday
2. CANTEEEN: Ice cream and soda may be purchased for $1.00 each, which should be brought daily
3. MEDICAL FORM: Must be completed by family doctor and sent in before camp starts or may be brought in the first day...Must be signed by parent
4. Daily clothing requirements (may vary by age) to be brought daily in a gym bag - WITH NAME ON EACH ITEM
   1. jeans or long pants
   2. two pairs underwear and white socks
   3. one pair flip flops, sandals or similar for use at swimming pool and lake
   4. two bathing suits and two towels
   5. one or two baggies for wet things
   6. light sweater or sweatshirt plus extra pair shoes for rainy days
   7. tennis racquet and one can of balls, softball mitt
5. Bag lunch with name written twice on outside of bag - do not send lunch boxes!
6. All items and personal belongings must be marked with child's name so lost or misplaced articles can be identified.
   PLEASE BE ADVISED: The Directors request that no valuables such as expensive jewelry and watches, electronic equipment (iPods, cell phones, CD's, CD Players, Game boys, Camera's etc.) be brought to camp. The camp cannot and will not be held responsible for loss or damage to these items, or any clothing, cash, etc.
7. SIBLING DISCOUNT POLICY: Families who enroll 2 or more children are credited $50.00 for each additional sibling registered for a minimum 2 wk. enrollment. *Refer a friend (4 wk. min.) earn $50.00 toward your child's tuition!*
8. If your child will be missing any days please notify the camp two days in advance. There are no make-up days!
9. All accounts must be paid in full before camp starts.
